The District strongly encourages you to pay your bill online.
You may pay online using Nexbillpay, the District’s new online bill payment service. It is free to sign up. You can pay your bill with a credit card, debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your banking account using electronic funds transfer (EFT).
To pay your bill, visit Nexbillpay. You will need to create an account using your name and Applewood Sanitation District account number.

Late Fee Schedule
As a reminder, payments must be received by March 15th.
- After April 15th → $50 late fee
- After May 15th → additional $50 late fee
- After July 1st → real property lien fee of $250
- After October 15th → Delinquent accounts that remain unpaid will be certified to the Jefferson County Treasurer for collection with the following year’s property taxes.
