NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER RATE, FEE, PENALTY AND CHARGE INCREASES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Applewood Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider fixing and may increase one or more of the District’s sanitary sewer rates, fees, penalties and charges for 2025 at a public meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on November 13, 2024, at 4885 Ward Road, Suite 100, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 and remotely via Zoom. This meeting is open to the public. Any interested person may appear at the public meeting for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.
